A bridge between the classroom
and the real world.
YGN, a nonprofit organization, gives high schoolers and college students real-world experience while equipping them with the soft and hard skills essential for a successful professional life.
Serving as a bridge between educational institutions and the professional world, YGN nurtures life skills and teamwork. Through well-designed real-world work experiences and mentorship from accomplished professionals, we teach young people how to thrive in real scenarios — positioning them at the forefront of leadership development.
Three groups, one network
Stop shaping yourself to fit Ivy League expectations
We don't believe in everyone aiming for the Ivy League. We believe in everyone aiming to become their best selves.
Not everyone should be a computer-science major. The world needs more people who can think critically, communicate effectively, and work well in teams — skills best learned from the best people, in the real world.
By bringing students into real work, pairing them with a structured program, and nurturing them, we help them learn the skills that actually matter for life. That might lead to an Ivy League school. It might not. We're building a success path — and it doesn't have to be the Ivy path.
We build the support
Many parents lack the time or expertise to help a child discover their passion. At YGN, parents and volunteers pool a broad range of experience — so we raise our children with the support of the whole community. Every child gets a mentor who excels in their dream profession. Parents get support too. The kids can, we can, and you can.
Access to emerging talent
YGN connects organizations with motivated young talent — fresh perspective and new energy in the workplace.
Access to emerging talent: motivated young people bring a fresh perspective and innovative solutions.
Workforce development: shape the skills of potential future employees, aligning education with real market needs and raising the quality of the whole talent pipeline.
Ensuring inclusive growth
As AI advances, only those with access to the latest resources benefit. YGN closes that gap.
Through scholarships and reduced internship costs, YGN makes sure students from all backgrounds gain the skills needed in an AI-driven future — building a diverse workforce that can contribute to and benefit from new technology.
Volunteers see firsthand the change they create. By guiding and mentoring young people, they make a tangible difference — helping students navigate internships, build new skills, and grow in confidence.
